SBA accepting nominations for 2018 Vermont small enterprise awards

Vermont Enterprise Journal The Small Enterprise Administration Vermont District Workplace is accepting nominations for its 2018 small enterprise awards. Earlier Vermont winners embrace Ben and Jerry’s, Switchback Brewing Firm and Maple Landmark, 2017 Small Enterprise Individual of the 12 months winner. Since 1963, the SBA has acknowledged the excellent achievements of America’s small companies for his or her contributions to their native communities, and to the nation’s economic system.

The award classes are:

  • Small Enterprise Individual of the 12 months
  • Exporter of the 12 months
  • Household-Owned Enterprise of the 12 months
  • Lady-Owned Small Enterprise of the 12 months
  • Veteran-Owned Small Enterprise of the 12 months
  • Minority-Owned Small Enterprise of the 12 months
  • Younger Entrepreneur of the 12 months
  • Microenterprise of the 12 months
