A St. Paul School Board member was asked by police to leave a Golden Valley restaurant Monday for alleged unruly conduct.

Chauntyll Allen posted a video of the incident on her Facebook page, saying she was discriminated against because she is Black.

Allen was dining at Benihana, a Japanese hibachi grill restaurant, with a group of women for her birthday. She and others at the table said they felt the table wasn’t clean, so they asked the manager to wipe it down.

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – Fargo Police confirm they are investigating two more cases of drinks being drugged in downtown Fargo.

This marks the fourth reported incident since late January, with three of them happening this month alone.

One of the incidents happened the weekend of the 19th after a female server reported her drink was drugged. The other reportedly happened just this past weekend to a woman who says she was out with a girlfriend and ended up going to the hospital.

All four incidents happened at different bars.

The company Midwestern Pet Foods has issued a voluntary recall of its pet food over concerns of salmonella contamination.

The decision to issue the recall was the result of a routine sampling program by the company that revealed that the finished product may contain bacteria, according to a release.

Midwestern Pet Foods issued a massive dog-food recall due to possible salmonella contamination, which can cause bacterial infections in both pets and their owners. The recall affects 140 specific lots of dry dog and cat food products from five parent brands, including several different sub-brands, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
